How this site is funded

PawCurve is free to use. To cover the cost of building and running it, some outbound links — for example to pet-supply retailers — may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be otherwise; the commission comes out of the retailer's margin, not your pocket.

We may also show display advertising. How ads and their cookies work is covered in our privacy policy.

The rule we hold ourselves to

Money never decides what we recommend. Our tools and guides are built from published veterinary data, and the numbers are what they are regardless of whether a link earns anything. We would rather lose a commission than point you at the wrong product or shade a figure. If we ever recommend a specific product, it's because we think it stands up — and you'll be able to see the reasoning, the same way you can see the source behind every number on the site.

How links are marked

Where affiliate links appear, we disclose it on the page so you're never guessing whether a link is commercial. This standing disclosure exists to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and affiliate relationships.
